Root down. Breathe deep. Come home to yourself.

This is a tall, wide, and warm space. Steady as old trees and soft as a rising tide, one that can hold all of you. There is room for every part of your story to unfold in its own gentle light. You are worthy of a life that feels spacious, grounded, connected, and deeply alive. This is where your story begins to feel a little lighter.

About

We listen, act, and transform

I come to this work with a grounded, compassionate presence shaped by many paths—my own fifteen-year healing journey, my years as a photographer learning the art of truly seeing people, and my formal training in clinical psychology and somatics. After completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Santa Barbara with a focus on Somatics, I stepped into my role as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #160050) under the supervision of Melinda Kincaid, MA, LMFT #49407, at Sacred Path Holistic Therapy. My background in psychodynamic work, somatics, reiki, sound healing, and expressive practices allows me to approach therapy as a place where meaning takes root, where authenticity grows, and where people rediscover their inner strength and capacity for connection. With intuition, curiosity, compassion, and a gentle sense of humor, I strive to meet each person with the presence they deserve—honoring both the depth and lightness that make life whole. Whether supporting children, teens, adults, or couples through anxiety, depression, grief, relational trauma, identity development, motherhood, or life transitions, I weave together person centered, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, humanistic principles, somatic work, and trauma-informed care. I am continually honored to sit with people as they explore the places within that feel stuck, tender, or forgotten, and to witness what becomes possible when those places are met with warmth, attunement, and gentle curiosity. Surfing, beach volleyball and all outdoor activities keep me connected to my body and the natural world, and I often return to Jung’s reminder: “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” In our work, you are invited to return to your own inner knowing—to move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and deeply yours. It is a privilege to walk beside you as your story unfolds.
